Does it feel like you are constantly trying to keep an extraordinary complicated show on the road? Does life feel like it is passing by at a rate of knots? 

If so, you are not alone, many of us are feeling this speeding up of life, burnout and stress knocking at the door. Luckily there are some of us that are looking to turn the tide on this epidemic of burnout and as you are here reading this, I'm guessing you may be questioning all of this too. 

Over the last decade, I have been supporting people from all walks of life to simplify, pare things back, and get back in touch with who they are in order to fall back in love with life again.

 

Let's turn that tide on stress and burnout, let's leave behind exhaustion and comparison and remake a life built on meaning, authenticity, and connection...

    Something a little different for the Summer Day Retreat as we take NB Badger or Mole out for a day on the beautiful Ashby Canal. A lazy day, relaxing on the water as we gently navigate through the lovely countryside.
